INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPEAKERS AND POSTER
| Instructions for Speakers |
| Plenary Sessions |
| The talks in the plenary sessions are scheduled to last approx. 30 minutes. Including 5 minutes discussion. |
| Oral sessions |
| There are 9 oral abstract sessions with 8 abstracts each. Each presentation in the Oral Abstract Sessions
should last not longer than 8 minutes followed by a discussion of 2-3 minutes. All oral sessions except
the Best Abstract Session will be concurrent with other Oral or Educational Sessions. |
| Audiovisual Equipment |
| All rooms for plenary, oral, special, educational and lunch sessions are equipped with a computer, a beamer
and microphones for the speaker, the chairpersons and the audience. If an overhead projector is needed, please
inform the organisers well in time.
In all other meeting rooms (committee meetings, satellite sessions etc) computers and beamers can be
provided upon request. |
| Media-check |
| The media-check area is located in the room "Gartensaal" which is across the registration desk.
Please make sure that you handed in your power point presentation at least two hours before the start of
your session. If your presentation is scheduled for the morning session then the power point file should be
submitted on the day before. |

| Instructions for Poster Presenters |
| Registration |
| Poster presenters will have to be registered in the conference in order to be allowed to mount their poster. |
| Poster Code and Location |
| The main poster area is located in the ground floor of the conference site. An additional poster area is located
at the "empore". The poster panels will be numbered. |
| Poster Size |
| The poster boards are 90 cm wide and 130 cm high. Please make sure to prepare your poster in a manner that
it fits within this frame (A0 format). |
| Poster Mounting |
| Posters can be mounted from Saturday morning 8:00 a.m. and should be taken down on the morning of
Tuesday, May 12. If you don't remove your poster on time it will have to be destroyed. Material to fix your
poster will be available to all poster presenters. |
